How much does a new sprinkler system cost?
Cost depends on the size of your yard, how many zones you need, the layout of your lawn and beds, and the equipment you choose, such as a smart controller. We walk your property and give you a free, no-pressure quote. We also match or beat any written quote for the same work.
How much does sprinkler repair cost?
It depends on what is causing the problem. A broken head is a very different job from a faulty valve or a wiring issue. We run your system, find the cause, and explain what is wrong and what it will cost before any work begins.
How long does a sprinkler repair take?
It depends on the problem. Once we diagnose your system, we tell you what the repair involves and how long it will take before we start. Call (813) 330-5484 Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, to get on the schedule.
How often should my irrigation system be maintained?
Every system and yard is different, so we tailor maintenance to your property. Call for a check if you notice dry or brown patches, puddles or soggy spots, heads spraying the driveway or sidewalk, a zone that will not turn on, or a jump in your water bill. Run times should also be adjusted as the seasons change. We will recommend a schedule that fits your yard.
What is an irrigation wet check?
A wet check is a full inspection of your sprinkler system while it runs. We turn on each zone, inspect every head for damage, clogs and coverage, look for leaks and pressure problems, and review your controller settings.
Do you guarantee your plants and sod?
Yes. All plants and sod we install are guaranteed for 90 days. If it dies, we replace it free.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We provide irrigation installation, repair and maintenance for both residential and commercial properties.
